Conference proposal form


If you are interested in speaking at Classical:NEXT Conference, you need to submit your proposal via this form. It can take some time, so please read the following information carefully to be sure you have everything you need.

Deadline for submission is Sunday, 29 September 2019.

Application Requirements
  • the following completed application form
  • a biography (max 150 words)
  • Session title and summary (max 150 words)
  • a high-resolution portrait photo (300 dpi is ideal) with copyright/credit info

Terms & conditions


The selection will be made in consultation with the Classical:NEXT Conference Jury. Selected conference speakers will receive one free registration to Classical:NEXT. In addition all speakers will receive our special Classical:NEXT PR treatment: announcements in our newsletters, press releases, online promo; and your biography and contact details on the website and in the app.

We will also provide the conference room and necessary equipment for every session. The working language at Classical:NEXT is English.

Please note that Classical:NEXT is not in the position to cover any fees or travel costs.

I am aware that I am responsible for all travel and accommodation costs and that there will be no fee paid for presenting a Classical:NEXT Conference. By checking this box, I confirm that I can organise all financing for my conference.
