Terms and conditions


The presenters of Projects Pitches will receive one free registration. This free registration is for the exclusive use by the representative giving the Project Pitch presentation during Classical:NEXT and enables them access to all parts of Classical:NEXT on all days.

Classical:NEXT will provide necessary equipment for the screening of the Project Pitch and publicity through the Classical:NEXT channels on equal basis with all other showcases.

Classical:NEXT cannot cover any fees, travel expenses or similar costs. Please think carefully about financing and what support or funding you have to present your project at Classical:NEXT 2020.

If you are selected by the jury, the final version of the video must be delivered by end of March 2020.

I am aware that I am responsible for all travel and accommodation costs and that there will be no fee paid for presenting a Classical:NEXT Project Pitch. By checking this box, I confirm that I and the relevant project partners can organise all financing our Project Pitch. (required)


Project Pitch application form


In order to complete this application, we need the following information. Don't worry, once you have completed the following application form, we will send you a link and you can come back and complete the uploading of the required material.

Deadline for submission is Sunday, 29 September 2019.

Application requirements:
  • the following completed application form
  • the online link to view a video of the Project which you would like to present at Classical:NEXT
  • 2 photos
  • 3 selected press reviews (if available)
  • a list of your most significant performances
  • a project description, how it came to be and the key people involved.

Submission criteria


  • At least one video example directly related to that proposal must be submitted;
  • Aesthetics count! We seek attractive video presentations;
  • Clarity counts! Proposal description of maximum 1/2 page: if the jury cannot understand it, they will not choose it;
  • All non-English language video segments must have English subtitles;
  • Total time for a Project Pitch is 9 minutes. Bear this in mind when submitting;
  • At least one representative must attend Classical:NEXT to present the Project Pitch on site;
